Going up to the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, a children's and a double bedroom as well as 1 bathroom with shower. The children's bedroom also has a cot in which there are two folding single beds in which the family accommodated the 2 maids. The double bedroom consists of a designer leather double bed, a heavy-duty zebrano sliding wardrobe and genuine leather suede curtains. It also has a sliding (2 m) frame plus another 2 m fixed.
Going down to the semi-basement which is around 150 square meters and we call it a playroom, there are 2 more bedrooms, a bathroom, boiler room and storage room, kitchen, living room, dining room and anteroom.
One bedroom is the children's room consisting of 2 triple bunks in which the lower sliding beds, when they come out, are raised and come to the height of the middle bed, thus creating a double bed. In the children's room whose beds are normal single beds for adults, a total of 6 people can sleep. The wardrobes are also heavy wenge type sliding doors. The second bedroom is the double bedroom which has its own en-suite WC. The bed is branded leather and the wardrobes are also heavy-duty sliding wenge. The two bedrooms have a bathroom with a shower between them. Then there is a single space with a large fully equipped kitchen consisting of a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, two cooking ovens, ceramic hob, hidden built-in large dustbin and all the necessary small appliances such as a Nespresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, toaster, microwave, juicer, etc.
Behind the kitchen is the boiler room which has a new buderus boiler and new plumbing installations perfectly separated and isolated pipes to better protect the house from any possible damage. In the boiler room there is a second separate large freezer, washing machine, and storage. The 2 ton capacity oil tank was rebuilt and placed outside the house in its surroundings for added security.
Proceeding from the kitchen is the billiard table which is handmade of professional specifications by the well-known company SIVISSIDI which turns into a dining room for 14 people.
The separate bar of the house from the branded house STUDIO METAPLASIS of Kolonaki in Aloe design special construction is one of the very special points of the house which combined with its excellent construction put the house in the most beautiful and famous chalets of Parnassus.
The living room consists of a large stone fireplace, a huge corner sofa of Italian design, a 52 inch TV and a sound system. The novels throughout the house are of a heavy type.
In the playroom there is a 4m sliding balcony door that opens onto the plot of the house. All frames are heavy-duty German wood.
The house has a foyer of about 40 square meters with an internal BBQ, a sink, a Corian counter, a bar with specially made leather stools, as well as a leather corner couch with storage space and a wardrobe. The heating is accelerated with the electric bodies available in the space. A really useful space and necessary for winter accommodation, but few proceed with its construction due to the cost and insufficient square footage to build.
