The property consists of a basement, ground floor and first floor. The basement is used as a guest house with a single room that includes a living room, a double bed and a small kitchen. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a dryer and washing machine in another room and an additional toilet. Going up to the ground floor we see a modern kitchen with all electrical appliances, large storage spaces and along the length there are windows that make the space bright and give the feeling of union with the veranda. Then there is the dining room with a capacity of 8 people and then in the warmest area of of the house is a large living room with an energy fireplace. From the living room there is the possibility to go out to a small balcony isolated from the rest of the house.
On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms with each room having its own wardrobe. Around the perimeter of the first floor there is a large balcony to which there is access from the 2 children's bedrooms. The third bedroom has an independent balcony, the first floor also has a bathroom large with a shower. The house has all the electrical appliances, it has air conditioning.
