The luxurious villa is situated in the cosmopolitan area of Kanalia, in Mykonos Island. This privileged location, gives the opportunity to combine the calmness and panoramic view of the Aegean Sea, with the easy access to Mykonos Town in just a few minutes' walk.
Residence
Because of the particular site landscape, the 1.100 sq.m. Villa comprises of a number of different levels. On the first level (ground floor) one can find a separated area with a living room and a dining room, a sitting area with a bar, a kitchen and a bathroom. The corridor leads through a number of sitting areas to the main living rooms of the settlement. A spacious area, decorated with elegant and traditional furniture, offering quality time to its inhabitants. In the same level, apart from the living rooms and the dining area, there is also a professional kitchen, a bar and a guest house. The upper level consists mainly of the villa's bedrooms. On one side, there is a master bedroom with its own sitting area and a bathroom and a children's bedroom. The staircase leads to the attic, which is basically occupied by another master bedroom. On the other side of the upper floor, exists a master bedroom with a sitting area, an office, a circular bed, a stunning fireplace and a bathroom.
The lower floor consists of three guest rooms, each with its own sitting area and bathroom, and the staff apartments. At an even lower level, exists an autonomous apartment consisting of two master bedrooms, a comfortable living room with a bar, an eating area and a kitchen. The villa offers a total of 10 mainly master bedrooms and 11 fully equipped bathrooms.
The residence's traditional Mykonian architecture combined with the unique landscape offer memories difficult to forget. The outdoor area of 2.400 sq.m. is dominated by the rounded swimming pool, the dining area and the pool-bar, as well as the pergolas, the footpaths and the stone steps leading directly to the sandy beach.
