The vila is built in two levels, accompanied by a unique and captivating view. The property is located at 600 meters from Lia beach, one of the premier destinations on the island.
To enter the house, one must ascend three stone steps.
Once inside, towards the left, there is a corridor that leads to a spacious bedroom—including en suite bathroom.
Straight ahead from the entrance of the house, one can spot the living room/dining area. This includes the kitchen, which is smartly incorporated inside a structural extension on the right. On to the left, there is a traditional Myconian fixture, which includes a hand-crafted wooden ladder that leads up to an exposed semi-floor; this is a mainstay for many of the older cottages that dot the area. Further ahead, we have the veranda, which is spacious and perfect for entertaining guests.
If we are to retrace our steps, back to the entrance of the villa, towards the left and next to the traditional semi-floor ladder, we have the main staircase leading to the lower floor.
At the very start of the said staircase, we have a full bathroom, which is still on the same level as the first floor.
Once we have fully descended the stairs, we are faced with a corridor that leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first room is on the right, and it includes a large walk-in window, granting easy access to the outside of the property. The bathroom is to the left; it's spacious and has a large showering area. Lastly, we have the second bedroom at the end of the corridor—it also includes a large walk-in window.
There is a separate bedroom at the same level. It includes an en suite bathroom and a separate external entrance.
(4+1 bedrooms total, 4 bathrooms)
The veranda has external steps that lead to the outside perimeter of the lower floor, granting easy access to both walk-in windows of the aforementioned bedrooms and to the separate room.
There is also a spacious external storage room about 5M2.
In the garden area, there is a large pergola external sink, and that makes the spot ideal for BBQ
The house was built in 1997 and was renovated 2 years ago. (2018)
It belongs to a group of 4 villas but each one of them is totally independent.
Its size is 150M2 and the land that belongs to it is 1000m.
It has its own sewage and there is also a water well and our own drilling that means we have plenty of water.
