The quest for the perfect location culminated in the discovery of Fanari, a serene haven where the sun kisses the meeting point of the sky and sea, offering unparalleled seclusion and panoramic vistas.
Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, Villa Nautilus stands as a testament to opulence, redefining the very essence of luxury Mykonos accommodation. With an ambiance of tranquility and refinement, this exquisite villa promises an unforgettable retreat on the enchanting Mykonos Island.
Upon arrival, guests are greeted by the allure of two designated parking spaces at the main entrance. Stepping into the villa, an inviting indoor dining area and a cozy living room beckon on the left, leading out to a spacious terrace featuring a private pool, sun beds, barbecue, and an al fresco dining area, all framed by breathtaking panoramic views. On the right, a well-equipped kitchen and the first en suite bedroom await. Ascending a few steps, two more elegantly appointed bedrooms with bathrooms, one of which is en suite, await discovery. Through all three bedrooms, access to the rear outdoor area is granted, boasting a charming lounge and dining space nestled under a pergola.
Furthermore, an additional fourth bedroom, complete with a double bed and a single bed, along with an en suite bathroom, is accessible from the backside outdoor area. Upon request, we are delighted to accommodate our guests by adding two extra single beds, allowing for a maximum occupancy of 12 guests.
Strategically positioned a mere 5-minute drive from the new port of Tourlos and approximately 8 minutes from the town center, Villa Nautilus enjoys close proximity to the charming resort of Agios Stefanos, the alluring Houlakia beach, and the iconic lighthouse, ensuring a seamless blend of accessibility and seclusion.
