The unfinished building has a total net area of 350 square meters (total 508.04 meters with enclosed terrace and stone walls). It consists of two shops, a residence and a basement. The building is visible from the main street, so anyone can see it. The building permit is valid until December 2024, and there is a possibility to install a swimming pool. In addition, there is the possibility of changing the use of the building permit and building two maisonettes (two-story apartments) and a house.
