The house is a 2-floor maisonette located in the West of Skopelos island between Loutraki port and Glossa. The location offers a great view to the port and Skiathos island,
The first floor which is the main entrance consists of a big living room (along with a fireplace), kitchen and a WC. The living room has access to a big balcony which offers a view of the sea. Another smaller balcony also exists in the back side. On the ground floor you can find three bedrooms and the main bathroom. All bedrooms have access to the outdoor space. Living area is around 120 m2.
In the outside space there is a parking lot for two cars. In the front side of the property there is a swimming pool and a big barbecue. Additionally there is a warehouse that can be used in many ways.
