Within the picturesque Villaggio del Pescatore in Duino, overlooking the marina and close to tennis courts and sports facilities, this green design and technological evolution property, signed by architect Marco Piva of Milan, developed on two above-ground floors, plus solarium, is under construction.
The residences will have very high energy performance and low consumption, falling into class A4+, and will be characterized by innovative and ecological choices.
The two apartments overlook the marina and will enjoy a total commercial area of 140 square meters each.
The layout of the two apartments sees an identical and mirrored floor plan: the first one with a south - west position named Libeccio, while the second unit for sale has a south - east facing and has been identified as Scirocco.

Moving to the sleeping area, we find three bedrooms, of which the master with en-suite bathroom. An additional windowed bathroom serves the entire apartment.
