Brescia, a prestigious historical center, adjacent to Via Musei, we offer a unique and wonderful solution for sale. The building today is an ancient deconsecrated church, better defined as 'little church of San Zanino' whose first traces appear in texts dating back to the year 761. The decision not to use the church any more was taken in 1581 by the car. Borromeo, following the completion by the Venetian government of the demolition of the walls and filling the graves that protected the new citadel from the old, so 'was finally abandoned. In the 16th century it was restored by a confraternity that used it up to the most recent restorations. Today, an open space of 250 square meters with a unique flavor characterizes this solution, developed on two levels whose first mezzanine floor, configurable at the user's choice that allows to be owners of a unique and refined environment.
