The apartment is extremely comfortable and enjoys a magnificent lake view.
The entrance opens directly onto the large living area where a sequence of large sliding openings make them completely glazed and the end result is a comfortable environment with natural light and open air where lake Como and its colors become the absolute protagonists of this beautiful apartment.
The high ceilings, the color combinations and design pieces define the spaces and their functions, customizing the environment in a lightly way. Light and air are the elements that characterize these spaces, creating a continuity between inside and outside, thus generating a feeling of total freedom
The terrace allows you to have al fresco dinner, and enjoy the lake Como sunsets that will astonish you, so as to take one's breath away.
The apartment has a large living room with open kitchen, a double bedroom with master bathroom, a second room currently dedicated to the office and a courtesy bathroom; on the floor below, connected by a beautiful staircase, there is the laundry room, and two closets. From this floor you have direct access to the wellness area, an aspect that should not be underestimated.
The other aspect that should not be underestimated is the location of the garage, located on the same floor as the apartment, which can be accessed directly through an internal door, very convenient!
Wellness area
An entire floor is completely dedicated to the relaxation area. It has large windows overlooking Lake Como and is therefore very bright and airy. During the summer the windows can be completely open. The swimming pool, the Finnish sauna, and the Turkish bath can be used throughout the year. In support there are showers and bathrooms.
Location
Faggeto Lario is a verdant village, placed on the East side of Lake Como. It is little built and is made up of small ancient hamlets that have kept all the charm of history and ancient architecture. Faggeto has a lido, public boat stop, and two small marina, where you can keep your own boat.
The apartment is located outside the center, a few kilometers from Torno, 15 from Bellagio and 7 from the City of Como.
