We reach this new property by walking across the seafront of Santa Margherita Ligure, the day is already warm in the morning and we like the vivacity of the tourists who, like us, stroll between the beach and the town in this season. The property is a typical Ligurian building, well maintained, and ideally positioned right in the front row on our seafront.
We go up to the first floor and the apartment immediately surprises us with its exclusive and ultra-modern mood, truly unique in Santa Margherita Ligure and perhaps throughout the eastern Riviera.
Entering the open space, our gaze is attracted by numerous details, almost to the point of not being able to define a priority. Above all, the marble on the floor is stupendous, just as some of the furnishing choices are imaginative and original, starting from the F1 tire resting on the ground, from the panels with bright colors in contrast with the wooden walls, up to the design chairs with backs and reflective surfaces.
The light that illuminates these elements is generous, the sleeping area and the living area are radiated by two large windows: as we get closer, we remember that everything outside is also wonderful and saturated in colour, with an open view of the blue sea of ??Santa Margherita in summer.
Finally, the casket door gives access to the bathroom, also finished in elegant marble.
Leaving, we take the time for a refreshing lemonade on an outdoor table on the seafront, we watch the shooting and reconsider how this open space - for sale including custom-made furniture, furnishings and paintings - represents a unique and suggestive solution for a prestigious support in the front row, in front of our sea.
