This wonderful penthouse (our exclusive) is located in Baia Santa Reparata, in the municipality of Santa Teresa di Gallura, close to Capo Testa and the isthmus "dei due mari". It stands in a privileged position just 200 meters from the sea and enjoys incredible views of the sea, the sunset, the Mediterranean scrub and the suggestive granite outcrops of the area.
The penthouse free on 4 sides has double access, both from the front that descends towards the sea and from the back where it is accessed via a small private garden and two private parking spaces.
You go up to the first floor via a comfortable staircase and via a small terrace you enter the large and welcoming rectangular living room divided into a dining area and lounge. Upon entering you are immediately struck by the brightness and the sea, especially the sea that can be seen from every point of the living room, even while sitting in the living room. From the dining area you access the kitchenette at the back while at the front you access through large windows the covered and habitable veranda of over 40 square meters which thus becomes an 'extension of the living room, with a sea view that can be defined as unique. At the back instead the night hallway with built-in wardrobes and the sleeping area consisting of a closet, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of which is attached to the master bedroom.
Exiting the living room with a minimal and pleasant difference in height, which visually 'lives up' the penthouse, you access a further terrace of 70 square meters, this one only partially covered. Terrace that can also be reached from the veranda and ideal for hosting a jacuzzi, given the seafront position. The third bedroom with its dedicated bathroom overlooks this terrace which, being detached from the main house, is ideal for providing the right privacy to the guests of the residence. Adjacent to this third bedroom we find two comfortable closets.
The finishes are fine, Cerasarda ceramics, wooden fixtures and doors, and even the furnishings (included in the asking price) are of a high standard. The view of this penthouse ranges 360 degrees between granites at the back and the sea in front, which being to the West gives every evening the emotion of unforgettable sunsets; with the exception of the few aerial images all the photos were taken from the house.
The area is quiet but well served and everything is very convenient, a few minutes walk away you can reach the beach of Baia Santa Reparata (partly free and partly equipped) but also the minimarket as well as bars, restaurants and a pizzeria; and near the property there is a large free car park.
