La Frezzaria, or Frezzeria, is not a place known only because it is located a few meters from Piazza S. Marco and Calle Larga XXII Marzo, the luxury shopping street par excellence, but also for its historical importance: in the fifteenth century it was the place where arrows were made and sold, hence the name. The area subsequently maintained its character as an artisanal and commercial artery, and thanks to its central location it was home to many prominent personalities, including Mozart and George Byron. Right at the end of this street, we find this property from whose roof terrace we can see the bell tower of San Marco on one side, and the domes of the Basilica della Salute on the other. In a building with a few units, we reach the third floor functionally divided into three recently renovated rooms, the first consisting of a very bright room, equipped with a small terrace and complete ensuite bathroom, the second consisting of a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in Wardrobe. Among these is the main apartment, at the entrance of which we find a sitting room with sofa bed that separates the sleeping area from the living area; the room, very bright, with complete bathroom with window and walk-in closet, overlooks the Frezzaria, from the eat-in kitchen, a wooden staircase leads to a splendid and large roof terrace from which to admire a 360 degree view of the Venetian roofs and from which the nearby bell tower of San Marco also peeks out. Venetian elements such as exposed beams, the roof terrace from which to enjoy splendid sunsets over the roofs and the presence of septic tanks also make this property an excellent investment opportunity.
