We enter and go up to the second floor, where we are welcomed by a charming entrance used as a library, with overlooking the internal courtyard with a well curb. The large living area attracts us with light and warmth that we perceive thanks to the precious reflection of the Venetian terrazzo floors, with alabaster inserts. This room with open space kitchen amazes us with the wonderful view of the canal and the Fondamenta della Misericordia, as well as with the details of ancient times, skilfully recovered and tastefully set inside the apartment. We can admire a 1400s washbasin along the wall of the living room, original marmorini and coverings, fragments of frescoes patiently brought to light during the restoration phase, wooden trabeations and terracotta tiles. A staircase leads to a large windowed attic with a view over the roofs of Venice. The living room also leads to the double bedroom, spacious, bright and with master bathroom. Returning to the living room you enter the other side of the house, where we find the second bathroom, the laundry area and a 13-metre-long attic with a view of the Madonna dell'Orto church.
