We are in the characteristic but little-known Miracoli area, near Campiello Widmann. We come from the nearby and lively Rialto area, and we are grateful for the large, sunny spaces that open up before us. We arrive in a characteristic little square and, opening a beautiful green door, we are already in the house, with the entrance on the ground floor acting as a convenient storage room and reception area. We go up a small, wide flight of stairs and are dazzled by the glare of the sun reflecting on the water and entering through the four large windows. The Venetian terrazzo floors shine with the light tones of marble and we are lulled by this diffused light. The voice of the gondoliers singing the glories of the Serenissima accompanies us as we pass from the living room to the dining room and then into the kitchen, where an old brick fireplace gives us the feeling of home and calls for large dinners with family and friends. Through a bright corridor we arrive in the spacious sleeping area consisting of a bathroom with window and hydromassage tub, two large double bedrooms and a single bedroom, also overlooking the water. The independent entrance, the Venetian finishes and the incredible view of the water from eleven windows make this property perfect as a prestigious first or second home or, given the possibility of splitting, a profitable real estate investment.
Located near the church of Miracles and the famous Widmann palace, in an area well served by Vaporetti and convenient to the airport via Alilaguna, the apartment enjoys great tranquility because it is far from the main tourist streets. Despite this, the Rialto Bridge is only a five-minute walk away.
