Starting from the Gran Viale, recognized as the most iconic street on the Lido, we walk along the stretch of road that leads us to our property: already from the entrance gate we see the large garden for exclusive use with attention to the smallest details. The veranda of this precious green space promises moments of intimacy, to be spent alone or with loved ones, and gives access to the kitchen through the French window. This arrangement also seems to have been specifically designed to organize days of conviviality, where everyday life can become extraordinary. There is no shortage of small comforts: a parking space with Pompeian and automatic gate, automatic heating, air conditioning in all rooms. More than this, we consider that the true quiet luxury of this property is given by the location: close to means of transport to visit Venice at any time, and above all a few meters from the sought-after beaches of the Lido.
The Lido of Venice represents the location a privileged seaside resort for both Venetians and tourists from Italy and all over the world, appreciated for its crystal clear waters and beautiful beaches. The Art Nouveau style still characterizes the entire island, accompanied by the "belle epoque" atmosphere which reaches its peak at the end of summer thanks to the famous Film Festival. The Lido can be easily reached in a few minutes with various lines of public water transport and the entire island can be explored by car, which can be transported thanks to the public ferry-boat service connected to the mainland.
The property is located in a central position, very close to shops and services (bus stops, vaporetti and ferry boats, supermarkets, restaurants...) but quiet and convenient to the beaches, both those equipped with the characteristic huts and the free ones. The proximity to the famous Excelsior hotel and the Palazzo del Cinema make this property even more exclusive.
