Heart of the city and indispensable passage for both locals and tourists, the Rialto Bridge represents the most iconic image of Venice. Full of history and life, crossing it you should always take a short break to admire the majestic Grand Canal and the romantic gondolas that caress it with their gentle movement. Today we stop at the highest part of the Bridge, this time to proudly admire the windows of the building we are going to visit! As soon as we get off the bridge, we walk along the lively Riva del Vin, to reach, a few steps away, the door of the building. Calmly climbing the comfortable stairs, we arrive at the fourth floor where, immediately, the light calls us back to the show we came to admire. As privileged spectators in the front row of the most representative view of the city, we walk through the living area, made up of three communicating rooms, pausing in front of each of the 6 windows overlooking the Grand Canal, to contemplate this breathtaking view from multiple angles. Still surprised by this almost cinematic sequence, we continue our circular route, visiting the other two rooms and a comfortable bathroom with window, to get to the kitchen and then return to the wonderful living area. A beautiful wooden staircase now takes us to the fifth and last floor: an intimate refuge that can become a space to host loved ones, always in complete privacy, thanks to the relevant bathroom and an unexpected terrace, from which the gaze can lap the roofs and bell towers of the city. Returning to the lower floor, at the end of the visit and before abandoning this unobtainable property, we take a last look and say goodbye to the bell tower of San Marco, to the buildings that line the Grand Canal.
The San Polo district is located in a central position , in the heart of Venice. We are located near Campo dei Frari and in the vicinity of Campo S. Polo and Rialto, a sought-after and convenient location also for means of transport and a few minutes from Piazzale Roma and the railway.
The property is located in the district of San Polo, a few steps from the beautiful Rialto Market, Campo della Pescaria and the Grand Canal.
