Let's discover this unobtainable villa right in the heart of Venice, between Rialto and Campo San Polo, in Rio Terà de le Carampane. We reach the main door and enter the private garden, impressive in size, which seems to promise convivial dinners under the Venetian sky. On the ground floor of this detached house, we find the living area: we are surprised by the floors inspired by those created by the Venetian architect Carlo Scarpa with a mosaic made up of Murano glass tiles, marble with curved lines and top quality finishes. The large living room leads us to the beautiful dining room with panoramic views and access to the garden. Returning to the entrance we discover the complete steel kitchen overlooking the Campo and the very bright bar where you can relax with friends while appreciating the scent of jasmine. A laundry room with all the options and the guest bathroom complete the floor. Going up the elegant marble and wood stairs we arrive at the first floor of the house. The first bedroom leads us to a large double-facing terrace, ideal perhaps after a sport session in the adjoining bedroom and a relaxing bath. The master bedroom is simply spectacular, equipped with a large and bright walk-in closet extended by beautiful trusses and a majestic bathroom with jacuzzi, shower and terrace overlooking the greenery. We finish our journey on the second and top floor of our marvelous property, visiting the elegant studio and a wooden bathroom, the ideal place to rest with a shower and a sauna after a long day immersed in the magic of Venice.
The district of San Polo is centrally located in the heart of Venice. We are located near Campo dei Frari and in the vicinity of Campo S. Polo and Rialto, a sought-after and convenient location also for means of transport and just a few minutes from Piazzale Roma and the railway.
The historicity of these places is also in its curious toponymy, “Carampana” in fact recalls the years of the Republic when the building (Ca' -casa) that houses the current restaurant belonged to the patrician Rampani family. Even more curious is the famous Ponte delle Tette, also in the area: a story with a Boccaccio flavor tells that, in the past, attractive women with their breasts uncovered leaned out of there!
