A few steps from the liveliest and most service-rich area of the Giudecca island, we find ourselves near the southern lagoon, in a romantic corner where plants and flowers of all kinds decorate the campiello. Passing through a characteristic external arch we find ourselves at the door where our visit begins. From the independent entrance the clear and linear design of the entrance and the living room strikes the view accompanying us throughout the house. On the first and last floor a bright corridor takes us to a spacious living room, with two windows facing south. We then head into the kitchen with a modern but welcoming touch, which gives us the most beautiful view of the house: the southern lagoon and its islands. A windowed bathroom with marble details steals the view before moving on to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large wardrobe and generous size while the double bedroom is characterized by the presence of a skylight that bathes the room in light. The total independence and quiet of the context combined with the many qualities of the house make this property a rare pearl.
The island of Giudecca is one of the most famous residential areas of Venice. With its characteristic houses, and the famous church of the Redentore, it exudes a charm that has always remained intact over time.
