The villa is located in a private road along the road leading to the Grotta Azzurra, far from the noise, facing south and overhanging the sea of Cala del Rio. Immersed in the Mediterranean maquis that isolates it from the residential context and gives it additional privacy, its location is certainly one of its strong points. Its architecture is predominantly Capri style, partly revisited by the well-known architect Pica Ciamarra, who designed the living areas, favouring receptiveness. The blue of the sea of Capri and the green of the vegetation, visible from every point thanks to the large windows, stand out. Easily accessible by car and with an exclusive parking area, the property is on three levels above ground and all its rooms have a sea view. Its exteriors are developed on several terraces and gardens with centuries-old cypresses and cycads, all with breathtaking views and connected by paths and stairs in hand-crafted stone. Each place has been designed to offer the utmost in hospitality: there is a large brick-built grill area, a typical colonnade and pergola for outdoor lunches or dinners, and a terrace with an infinity pool overlooking the sea. Internally, the living room has large openings onto the terrace. The living room with fireplace and study corner is the link between the dining room and the service rooms. On the same level is a bedroom with bathroom. A staircase leads to the sleeping area consisting of three double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. In order to increase the accommodation capacity, two flats have been created with independent entrances from the main body complete with services, with beautiful terraces overlooking the sea and access to the swimming pool.
