The master apartment is located on the first floor, right above the cellar, and is access via the external staircase. Once inside, one finds himself in the generous living/dining area, connected with the kitchen on the right. A corridor leads into the sleeping area, made up of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the living room, a staircase leads up onto the gallery, currently used as a studio but with the possibility of adding a bed. A small door on the gallery leads into a non-habitable loft.
The guest apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. The main door opens into a spacious living room with dining area and cooking corner (with a small pantry). A small hallway leads into the sleeping area, made up of double bedroom, bathroom and closet.
As for finishes, the county house is well maintained and tastefully refined, with terracotta and parquet floors, the typical wooden beams, wooden fixtures well integrated in the building and walls painted in warm and tenuous colors that make the rooms bright and welcoming.
The agricultural outbuilding (65 sqm – 699 sqft) is located just in front of the farmhouse and could be converted into a cozy guesthouse. At the moment, the building is made up of two rooms registered as garage and drying barn.

Access is through either a vehicle-accessible gate right on Corso Giacomo Matteotti, or two pedestrian gates (again on Corso Matteotti) located respectively between the two buildings and just next to the outbuilding.
