This 79. 1-hectare estate is located just a few kilometers from Anghiari, in Tuscany. Covered for almost half of its surface by woodland and for the remaining half by arable and grazing land, the property is set right inside a bigger hunting reserve (riserva faunistico venatoria). An old farmhouse with barn (240 sqm in total) could be fully recovered and restored to create a private home or a lodge for hunters.
