Villa Aida, managed as a B&B solely by the owner, was created with a varied choice of materials unique to each environment and the skill of local artisans. The property is located in a residential area of ??Calimera just outside the historic center. From here you can easily reach the sea but also Lecce.
The main feature of the property is that of being spacious both inside and outside. The living area connects uniformly between different rooms, lounges, winter garden, kitchen and dining room. Also designed to host large convivial events, the house has spacious balconies and large terraces. The one on the roof, for example, which remains at the service of the annex on the first floor, can accommodate up to 150 people. The Dependance, fully furnished, is independent, accessible by an external staircase, and can accommodate up to 4 adults.
On the main floor, raised from the ground because the house is built with a semi-basement floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms with dedicated bathroom. The generous spaces allow you to experience the sleeping area in complete privacy.
The living area, embellished with Lecce stone and tuff columns, is the jewel of the Villa. We also find a winter garden decorated with colored glass and comfortable lounges. An eat-in kitchen with two storage rooms attached, convenient for managing and cleaning the entire house.
The house has a gas system for heating and several air conditioning splits in the different rooms.
The winter garden features a theatrical backdrop designed to enjoy a pleasant summer breeze during the day. The project could include the construction of a swimming pool to complete the external area. The surrounding garden makes the property unique. To conclude, we find a large garage for several cars and a habitable and versatile basement in its use.
