Villa Visina is located in the municipality of Carate Urio in the first basin of Lake Como. The house owes its name to the small beach below, reachable in a few steps, and to the homonymous stone quarry of Moltrasio where it was built. The quarry was in use until the 50s and provided the material for the construction of the Como cathedral and the famous and beautiful Romanesque church of San Fedele and the basilica of Sant'Abbondio. The house of 280 square meters in total, surrounded by 1300 square meters of garden, is distributed on three levels: main floor, an attic study and a lovely autonomous and totally independent apartment on the lower floor.--04c3ef8705d03d012de4c7f0d09be01b!
