The main block of the complex is divided into 6 apartments capable of hosting up to 26 people.

- Apartment n°2: located on the ground floor, this apartment (44 sqm, 471 sqft for 2 people) is made up of a dining room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a reserved and fully equipped pergola.
- Apartment n°3: located on the first floor, this apartment (55 sqm, 590 sqft for 6 people) is made up of a dining room with kitchenette and double sofa-bed, a double room, a small bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped outdoor space.
- Apartment n°4: located on the first floor, this apartment (68 sqm, 728 sqft for 5 people) is made up of a dining room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a reserved and fully equipped outdoor space.

STATE AND FINISHES
The buildings have been entirely restored, with a particular attention paid to finishes. Building are externally realized in bare stone, while on the internal walls are plastered. Ceilings are sustained by wooden beams or barrel vaults realized in bricks.
EXTERIOR
The property is surrounded by a park and 10 hectares (25 acres) of land with ample green spaces covered in flowers and plants. Buildings have a graveled square (usable as car park) and the complex is reached via a perfectly maintained uphill unpaved road starting from the asphalt in the proximity of a metal gate.
