The “Bivilla Sant'Antonio” residence was born in the residential context of the Sant'Antonio hamlet, which is located a couple of kilometers from the charming medieval village of Castell'Arquato. The elegant building is recognized for its clean and minimal style, with finishes that recall those characteristic of the place. The living area, located on the ground floor, is characterized by intense natural lighting thanks to the large French windows that overlook the garden. The latter therefore becomes an integral part of daily life through the various glass surfaces that let the greenery in from the outside. The sleeping area, on the other hand, located on the first floor, is more introverted and you can have your privacy without giving up the brightness that the large windows give. Each unit has two parking spaces, one in the courtyard area and one in the garage. The ground floor includes a large open space living area, a large laundry/bathroom and a storage room, while the first floor contains the sleeping area with three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The property includes two independent units, with pergolas overlooking the large private garden, where it is possible to build a swimming pool. Among the materials we offer, the stone on the facade recalls the houses dating back to the medieval era that make up the entire historic center of the characteristic village of Castell'Arquato. The distribution of the rooms and the interior finishes have been studied ad hoc to make the spaces functional with a unique style and elegance. But they can be customized in different ways, not only in terms of furnishings and design, but also of the internal layout of the spaces, to best respond to the taste and needs of the buyer. The project includes technological systems aimed at high energy savings. The load-bearing structure is entirely built in wood from the Dolomites. This choice was dictated by multiple construction advantages regarding the reduced construction times, the high energy efficiency, the safety given by seismic and fire resistance, the notable acoustic insulation and the optimization of the internal space. Other technological solutions will also be adopted in order to guarantee the desired energy efficiency, including external insulation for all perimeter walls, windows with low-emissivity glass, a photovoltaic system for the production of electricity from renewable sources, and a heat pump for the heating and cooling systems.--a36808d4ab7cc81a0ca267fe9e5db722!
