Villa surrounded by greenery, in Le Corbusier style, rises by integrating with the landscape through the paths that unite the internal and external space. The location of the property is close to the town and all services, in fact its main feature is to combine the convenience of services with the privacy of greenery. Through a driveway gate we enter the driveway where a very spacious roof welcomes the cars. In the property there are 2 distinct residential units and one that can become an apartment, now used as a warehouse, located on several levels playing with the vegetation. The first house built with a modern imprint is composed of an entrance and a very bright living area, characterized by a completely windowed wall. Through the stairs in the hall you can go down to the lower floor where we find another bathroom, also in mosaic, a reading and relaxation area, a modern style kitchen and two bedrooms.
The second housing unit consists of a sitting room in winter which welcomes guests by making a transition between outside and inside. It continues with a large and monumental room with two-tone marble and a double-sided fireplace that warms the atmosphere even in the dining room. The living room looks directly onto the garden, where a wisteria pergola embraces a summer table for guests. The dining room, adjacent to the sitting room, connects to the kitchen, also finished in marble, with island, double sink and a secret passageway to a utility room. In the kitchen the passage winds outwards and towards the corridor, the backbone of the house, where three bathrooms, two bedrooms, a walk-in closet, two closets and the stairs leading to the upper floor are connected.
From the kitchen to the outside instead we find the laundry rooms, a wood-burning oven and access to the vegetable garden, an area of ??peace and tranquility.
The upper floor is currently used as a warehouse, but was initially an apartment and can therefore return to its original intended use.
This floor overlooks a large terrace.
