Scenic farmhouse overlooking San Vincenti
Immersed in nature, this splendid farmhouse stands at the highest point of a picturesque village, offering a spectacular view of the underlying hamlet and the winding valleys up to the Crete Senesi. The structure, entirely built with local stone, has preserved over time its architectural features and original charm, including the external staircase with panoramic loggia. The latest restoration was done with great attention to the original materials, shapes, and colours, giving the property a traditional elegance but it can easily be adapted to a more contemporary style. Spread over two levels, the house is currently organized for a versatile and independent use of the two floors, which, depending on needs, can be completely separated or combined into a single dwelling thanks to the internal connecting staircase. Access to the upper floor is through a sheltered area where the old wood-fired oven is located. From here you enter the spacious living room, with the kitchen and sleeping area on either side, including a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a second smaller bedroom with direct access to the garden. The lower floor features a comfortable living area, a kitchenette with direct access to the outside under a pergola with climbing vegetation, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The property is surrounded by lush vegetation and by an olive grove that offers countryside enthusiasts a corner of Tuscan paradise to nurture with their own hands. Located on the opposite side, the pool and the surrounding lawn are the ideal place to relax and admire the natural beauty thanks to a super panoramic position. The property also includes a spacious agricultural shed suitable for storing tools and garden furniture.
This splendid property is located on a hilltop position and overlooks some of the most charming areas of Chianti Classico. It is accessed by a dirt road surrounded by vegetation for about 3 km leading to the top of the hill, from which the view extends to the horizon over vineyards, olive groves, and forests. The reference towns are Castelnuovo Berardenga and Gaiole in Chianti, both about 15 km away, where all necessary services can be found along with numerous local events, restaurants, and wineries.
