Immersed in the greenery of its garden, in the heart of Gorizia, a jewel of Italian and international architectural rationalism, the villa "Perco" was designed by the architect U. Cuzzi in 1932. The elegant cladding in soft baked clay tiles recalls the Staatsgymnasium of Gorizia and the Technische Hochschule of Vienna.
