Immersed in the greenery of its garden, in the heart of Gorizia, a jewel of Italian and international architectural rationalism, the villa "Perco" was designed by the architect U. Cuzzi in 1932. The villa was the historic venue for important events, hosting in 1946. the American Chief of Staff Dwight Eisenhower, and over the years also the Rockefeller family, consuls and ambassadors.
Total of 540 m2, with the following structure. On the ground floor: an entrance hall, a wonderful spacious living and dining room with fireplace and a big window offering a tempting view on the beautiful garden, another living room, kitchen, utility room, balcony and two porches; on the first floor: hallway, four spacious bedrooms, study, two large original period bathrooms, toilet and two terraces facing the front and back of the villa; in the basement: two corridors, six cellars, three closets, a laundry room with a toilet and a shower, room with the barbecue and a garage. There is no shortage of elegant and refined spaces, ideal for organizing meetings or events.
All around, a large centenary garden of 1,200 m2 offers outdoor recreation and entertainment, in the shade of majestic centuries-old trees, very suitable for a splendid swimming pool. The elegant cladding in soft baked clay tiles recalls the Staatsgymnasium of Gorizia and the Technische Hochschule of Vienna.
The building is subject to historical and artistic constraints.
