Farmhouse consisting of about 40 hectares of hilly land for the most part destined to woodland with some buildings positioned on the crest of a hill at 630 meters above sea level with spectacular views of the Umbrian landscape between the cities of Gubbio and Umbertide, with swimming pool and tennis court. The road that climbs from the valley to reach the property is characterized by recently restored farmhouses that give a pleasant appearance to the entire area. thirty years ago divided into four apartments connected to each other, for a total area of approximately 390 square meters. Two of the apartments have been recently refurbished. Overall, good finishes were used trying to maintain a rustic style typical of the farmhouses in the area, even if we tried to give a touch of modernity to the two recently renovated apartments, which however does not hurt in the context.
At a certain distance from the farmhouse, there are the swimming pool and two single-storey buildings divided into apartments for the guests of the farmhouse, and further away a tennis court. One of the buildings was renovated several years ago and measures approx. 110 and is divided into two apartments each with a living area and two bedrooms, one with a bathroom and the other with two bathrooms. They have single-fired floors, flat floors in brick and the external walls are plastered. On the two long sides of the building there are arcades. The other building was recently renovated and an attempt was made to use original materials typical of the old Umbrian houses, the floors are terracotta tiles, the suns are wood and terracotta tiles, the external walls are of exposed stone threaded with historical rough coat. It measures approx. 170 of which sqm. 110 is divided into three apartments of three different sizes and internal distribution, the remaining square meters. 60 are used as a garage.
The land surrounding the buildings is quite flat, while the remaining land is almost all used as a forest.--e58587d2bee8fc52826915048851b1ac!
