In the splendid setting of the hills of Lucca, in the heart of Tuscany, just 45 minutes from the sea, and about an hour from Florence, there is this splendid historic villa whose foundations date back to 1100.
The Villa which is located in a dominant position, it is elevated on three floors above ground as well as a basement used as a cellar.
The layout of the Villa, developed in a very organic way, allows it to be divided into several residential units with independent entrances.
The Villa has 2 main entrances, as well as various accesses which from the garden lead to the large halls on the ground floor, embellished with neoclassical frescoes. In the park there is also the Casa del Fattore, which consists of a residential building on two floors and composed on the first floor of an apartment accessible from garden with external staircase and direct access from the external pedestrian street consisting of 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 5 rooms with 4 large rooms on the ground floor and other small ones once used for agricultural use. With access from the apartment you enter in the private chapel also accessible from the outside.
Another building located in the park is La Limonaia which is a one-storey building intended for the winter arrangement of large lemon vases which consists of a large room and an open space with a veranda.
Other agricultural buildings are located in the land surrounding the villa as well as a small temple with a panoramic terrace from which the view opens onto the valley and the hills below.
In the park there are medicinal, fruit and exotic plants, typical of Lucca villas.
The entire property can be defined as a rare jewel of Tuscan architectural art which shone during the Neoclassical era and which today could be the pride of a lucky future owner.--48b54a0461b3f7cdf91c73bc1c684f34!
