In the historical centre of Massa, we offer this beautiful historical building on two levels , recently renovated .
Entering from the main entrance , on the right we find a study and an armoured door leading to the ground floor.
On the ground floor, we find an entrance hall with a bathroom, then a large area divided between kitchen and living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
From the first floor we access a cellar of about 30 sq m.
Going back up the stairs we reach the first floor where we find another entrance with an armoured door from which we access the second flat which is on two floors (we find a dining room with a wooden staircase leading to the night floor which in turn consists of two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms), a large sitting room with frescoes, another sitting room, a kitchen with fireplace plus a pantry and a service bathroom).
Returning to the main stairs, we climb to the second floor where we find an armoured door through which we access the attic area, which in turn consists of a large living area with fireplace, a kitchen area with an open-air terrace, a double bedroom with bathroom.
Attached to the building we find an 80 sqm garage.
Massa is just a few kilometres away from Carrara, the 'capital' of marble, already known in Roman times. Here, in fact, are imposing quarries that have fascinated and seduced the greatest artists of all time, such as Michelangelo Buonarroti.
For many, coming to Massa also means stopping in the most significant of its hamlets: Marina di Massa, a renowned seaside resort on the Apuan Riviera and an important tourist destination. In summer, its numerous bathing establishments (some of them historical), clubs, discos, and all the services for tourists make it one of the most attractive destinations on the northern Tuscan coast.
