The town is based topographically at a crossroads of some provincial roads coming from neighboring towns with the Biellese state road 142, of which it is divided into two; Incidentally, the aforementioned Regional marks the exact starting point of the Vergante (similar to the pre-Alps) from the Po Valley: the town is therefore half on the plain and half slightly on the hills.
