Immersed in the hills of the Itria Valley in an enchanting and evocative atmosphere. Ideal for families or groups of friends who want to relax in the tranquility of the countryside, but at the same time be able to reach nearby cities in a short time. The Trulli Lucia complex is located in the countryside, in an enchanting position, among the rolling hills of the Itria Valley surrounding the cities of Ceglie Messapica and Cisternino which, illuminated on the horizon in the evening, create a magical atmosphere. Trulli Lucia, in fact, is located on top of one of these hills and from the swimming pool you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape. The villa has been recently renovated. The main structure is made up of three cones, which house the living area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, consisting of a very large worktop, six burner hob, oven, microwave, two dishwashers, large fridge with ice maker; coffee machine with capsules, pods and traditional Italian coffee machine; toaster, kettle and all the equipment for those who wish to dedicate themselves to the pleasure of preparing a delicious meal. The spacious internal dining room seats up to 16 people. Through the large glass doors of the kitchen, you can access a veranda, where, surrounded by olive trees, there is another dining table for 12 people. In this area you will also find a barbecue, ideal for organizing outdoor lunches hosting up to 20 people. The main body of the trulli also includes a living area where, next to a fireplace you will find sofas, armchairs and a coffee table. In the same room a niche has been created with an additional sofa bed in which you can rest in greater privacy while admiring the evocative traditional architecture of the trullo. Nearby there is another reading room or study equipped with a sofa, large desk and TV. From both rooms there is also easy access to a bathroom equipped with toilet and shower cubicle. Next to but separated from the main building you will find two independent suites, each complete with double bed, bathroom with shower, air conditioning and satellite TV. The other four independent suites, however, are located in a separate building overlooking the pool area from which you can enjoy a unique view of the surrounding countryside and the city of Cisternino. The rooms, tastefully furnished in a modern style, are very spacious. Three of these are furnished with double beds while the last one is equipped with two single beds which can be joined if necessary to create a double bed, according to your needs. All rooms have independent access and feature a TV, bathroom with large shower, air conditioning, fridge, sofa and desk. The entire villa can therefore accommodate a maximum of 12 adults and 8 children in total. The pool. The large 16x8 m swimming pool is positioned to offer a wonderful view of the landscape surrounding the villa. Entirely mosaic, it is equipped with a Jacuzzi hydromassage. It is important to mention the very modern technological system redone in 2019 for disinfection and PH control with salts, instead of traditional chlorine pools. This will make your bath and the taste of the water much more pleasant, without damaging your skin. There are also two large outdoor showers. The pool area becomes an ideal place to enjoy an aperitif with friends as it is flanked by a large porch with terrace, comfortably furnished with sun loungers, armchairs and outdoor tables. The entire villa is immersed in nature and surrounded by immaculate and detailed gardens.
