The villa was born from the dream of a Milanese couple to integrate original materials with elements of traditional architecture. Villa Buganvillea Pugliese, a magical place in the heart of the Itria Valley, covers an area of approximately 80 square metres indoors with a large patio of approximately 40 square metres.
The residence is designed as an architecture integrated with the open spaces and in dialogue with the landscape of the Itria Valley. In fact, it consists of a large living room with an American-style kitchen and two large French windows overlooking the patio and the evocative panorama of the countryside. The custom-built U-shaped kitchen is designed to ensure moments of conviviality while dining or simply enjoying a few hours of pure relaxation.
There are three bedrooms and they have been designed to guarantee comfort and rest in a heavenly retreat in Ostuni. The red earth is home to olive trees that like giants protect and shade the land, fruit trees and almond trees. The 40-square-metre swimming pool is the place that will guard moments of fun and provide shelter from the summer heat. Next to the pool there is a large pergola of about 40 square metres equipped with an outdoor kitchen and living area. The outdoor patio is also perfectly equipped with a large table and chairs, thus offering the possibility of experiencing the outdoors and creating an eternal bond with the surrounding nature. The real surprise of this residence is the second non-interred swimming pool with 16 seats for use by the master bedroom, in which to enjoy the silence and quiet of the valley.
