A few kilometers from Florence, in a hilly and panoramic position, there is a magnificent villa in Renaissance style, built around 1920 on an older building, designed by the Florentine architect Enrico Dante Fantappiè. The villa, which belonged to the family of the famous philosopher Giovanni Papini, is easily accessible by traveling about 5 km along the municipal road to Pelago, after taking the provincial road Florence-Arezzo. On the right, there is the large dining room, connected to the pantry and the modern steel kitchen, fully equipped with a wine refrigerator, freezer, extractor hood, hob, oven, dishwasher, and a library corner for menu preparation. This is followed by a service bathroom and an indoor breakfast room that leads to the laundry room and cellar. Each room on the ground floor opens onto the garden thanks to large panoramic windows.
On the first floor, on the left, there are two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and terrace, as well as a linen and cleaning closet. On the right, there is a bedroom with a bathroom and terrace, and the master suite, consisting of a spacious bedroom with three windows, a large covered terrace, a large bathroom, and a walk-in closet.
