Luxury historic villa Located on the slopes of the Pisan mountains, near the banks of the Arno, a few minutes' drive from the city of Pisa and the sea. The construction presumably dating back to 1600 denotes a typical 18th century façade, the structure integrated over the centuries with a small village in the Pisa area still maintains today the charm of the delightful villa characterized by the prevailing function of holidaying. The palace develops into a main body which is divided into smaller appendices on both sides. The main body imposes itself with a compact volume on three floors, the residential floor is made up of a refined flooring in polychrome marble and vaulted roofs. These bear decorations from the neoclassical repertoire as in the lacunar motif of the music room, or from the floral taste of the mid-nineteenth century, as in the other living rooms. The villa is divided into two important apartments and inside it is connected by a main stairwell, and by two other stairwells that disengage the various areas, in addition to 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms and 4 kitchens, there is a cellar inside the property, a lemon house, rooms for storing cars. One of the most interesting aspects of this complex is the picturesque park which alternates wooded areas with grassy clearings and bodies of water. The layout of a small lake with uncertain, artificially natural contours creeps into the thick vegetation. Artificial caves, neo-medieval micro castles with towers, Gothic arches and battlements, marble stones and statues, hidden by a rich vegetation of conifers and exotic plants, constitute sudden and suggestive discoveries in the greenery.
