Rif: Palmaria Island - Rustico on Palmaria Island, located in the Ligurian Sea, at the western end of the Gulf of La Spezia, with its area of ??1.89 km squared is in fact the largest island of the Spezzino Archipelago and all the five Ligurian islands. Facing Porto Venere, from which it is separated by a narrow stretch of sea, it is part of an archipelago made up of the islands of Tino and Tinetto. Since 1997 the island Palmaria, along with the other islands Tino and Tinetto, Porto Venere and the Cinque Terre has been included among the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The finely restored "rustico" has an area of ??120 on two levels, as well as an annex of 20 meters, bordering the main building, where you can get an independent room. The ground floor of the cottage consists of a separate kitchen, bathroom and living room, while upstairs, there is the possibility of creating one or two bedrooms. The view on Porto Venere is enchanting, and the property is completed by 6000 sqm of land / forest in which there is another rustic to be restored but already connected to the main services. The Municipality of Portovenere grants to the owners of a property on the island the permission to move with private vehicles with which you can reach the property. Needless to add words to describe the uniqueness and the particularity of the rustic, the island and the atmosphere that distinguishes it.
