The characteristic structure, with its particular Loire-style castle shape, has gained widespread notoriety in the picturesque Vallesina and beyond. From an urban and architectural point of view, the building has origins that date back to a period before 1967, with the original layout recalling the features of agricultural buildings from the early 1900s. Through a building permit in 1966, the building underwent renovation and expansion, thus defining its current planimetric and volumetric configuration.
Over the years, several maintenance interventions have been carried out, ensuring the solidity and functionality of the structure, which, in addition to being habitable, is located in an extremely reserved area. Thanks to the presence of a church and a splendid wooded and fenced garden, the place offers an atmosphere of great privacy, making it particularly suitable as a reception venue for ceremonies and events.
The strategic location of the castle, just 4 kilometers from the charming town of Jesi in the province of Ancona, homeland of the renowned Verdicchio wine and Emperor Frederick II Hohenstaufen, makes it easily accessible and well connected to the main cities of the province. Just 20 minutes away from Ancona airport, 25 minutes from Senigallia, and 40 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Conero (Sirolo, Numana...), the castle offers not only a unique retreat but also the convenience of quickly reaching various points of interest. The property also includes 30 hectares of surrounding agricultural land with a lake, which, if requested, could be purchased separately at a fair price.
