In Sora in the locality of San Giorgio, about 1.5 km from the Sport Village, we offer for sale an ancient and important estate from the end of the 19th century and renovated from 1997 to 2007 (final renovation). The ceilings and the porch of the farmhouse are all in 50-year-old seasoned chestnut wood. The fireplaces: the fireplace in the living room made with local stones from Arpino cantonate, the fireplace in the living room made with Travertine and Verdello from Belmonte Castello, a 17th century style reproduction handmade by an artisan from Casalvieri, the fireplace in the tavern made with dead stone from Valleradice and stone of S. Donato Val di Comino, concludes the fireplace of the outbuilding to be completed made with bricks of Spigno Saturnia. The external portals in Belmonte Castello stone are handmade by a Casalvieri craftsman with a 17th century style reproduction, while the internal ones are all in hand-hammered Lecce stone. The processing of the internal plaster was carried out with excellent material and heat-treated clay, while that of the external plaster (grouting around the stones) was carried out with Fossanova sand in pure silicon. The access staircase to the upper floor is made of stone hammered by stonemasons from Belmonte Castello, the handrail of the stairwell was made of handmade wrought iron. The outdoor table on the porch was made with hand-forged iron and 50-year-old seasoned chestnut wood.
