On the town's main square, a delightful townhouse welcomes us to a stunning space where high vaulted ceilings, artwork and interior design combine for a curated and unique result.
Stepping through the small white doorway, we find ourselves in a large living area surrounded by courtyards.
Traditional floors of smoothed Apulian stones, original tufa details from the salvaged structure and large windows opening onto the generous courtyard dominated by a lush lemon tree, immediately give us a sense of peace and welcome.
The living area leads to the master bedroom, bright and spacious with an en suite bathroom and open on two sides to the courtyards of the house.
A small walk-through kitchen opens between the indoor and outdoor dining areas under the porch for maximum convenience.
The main part of the house ends with a beautiful bathroom with marble tub.
From the courtyard, behind the lemon tree, we enter the outbuilding, which consists of a studio that can be used as a bedroom, bathroom with shower and tadelakt trim, and another bedroom. Both rooms have French doors that open to the courtyard.
Climbing the stairs we arrive on two large terraces, the first one used as a relaxation area with jacuzzi, shower and solar area. The second one, slightly elevated from the first is a very large terrace with breathtaking views of the bell towers and the Palazzo Baronale of Tiggiano.
An outdoor kitchen covered by a pergola provides an ideal setting for dinners and aperitifs under the stars.
To conclude our tour of this delightful property, a bedroom with en suite bathroom to devote to guests or to use as a studio ensures complete privacy on this comfortable roof top.
