This particular building was built in 1400 and still has all the characteristics of a medieval house. The property, developed on three levels, has a beautiful tree-lined garden of about 200 square meters. The ground floor consists of four rooms: an entrance with a staircase supported by a Roman column, a large room with fireplace, a warehouse that can be used as a laundry, and a service bathroom. The first floor, in typical eighteenth-century Venetian style, consists of two rooms, one of which, smaller, easily convertible into the third bathroom, thus obtaining a spacious beautiful bedroom with en-suite bathroom for guests or service staff . The second floor consists of three large, bright and quiet bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. On the top floor there is also a large attic that covers the entire square footage of the house. The roof was completely renovated in 2015. The house is solid and bright, the foundations, the statics, the wooden beams of the attics, and the conservation of all the walls are excellent. Rialto Bridge and the modern Strada Nuova, where most of the most chic shops and restaurants in the city are concentrated. The Palazzetto is also located in the immediate vicinity of the church of the Santi Apostoli, one of the oldest and most characteristic in Venice.
