We reach our property in a position very close to the Lido beaches, along the Gran Viale: it is a prestigious neo-Gothic style villa which was last totally restored in 2016. The restoration has kept its period character unchanged through the recovery of the original details from the beginning of the 20th century, and embellished it with many Venetian elements, such as the terrace of the floors, made with semi-precious stones.
The villa is spread over four floors: once you have crossed the entrance gate, crossing the lovely private garden leads to the independent entrance on the ground floor; from this you can access both the spacious basement, which is suitable for various uses, and the stairs leading to the apartment on the first floor. The entrance opens directly onto the majestic living room whose central mullioned window is equipped with a small balcony, then developing into the living room, onto which the door to the eat-in kitchen opens. The sleeping area remains distinct and organized with the master bedroom, the guest bedroom and a sumptuous bathroom. The property is completed by an efficient air conditioning system in every room, as well as a boiler room and external laundry located in the basement.
The villa is characterized by the excellent finishes and design details, the heights of the ceilings and the brightness guaranteed by the large and numerous windows - we particularly like the characteristic ogive shape.

The Lido of Venice represents the favorite seaside resort for both Venetians and tourists from Italy and all over the world, appreciated for its crystal clear waters and beautiful beaches. The Art Nouveau style still characterizes the entire island, accompanied by the "belle epoque" atmosphere which reaches its peak at the end of summer thanks to the famous Film Festival. The Lido is easily reachable in a few minutes with various lines of public water transport and the entire island can be explored by car, which can be transported thanks to the public ferry-boat service connected to the mainland. The property is located in strategic position, very close to shops and services (bus stop, vaporetti and ferry boats, supermarkets, restaurants...) but quiet and convenient to the beaches, both those equipped with the characteristic huts and the free ones including that of San Nicolò, known for its its natural oasis and for the pleasant walk that along the dam leads to the lighthouse.
