The Taborda 1 development is a new residential project being built in the centre of the Campolide neighbourhood, a residential area where tranquillity is one of its main features, along with its proximity to the Amoreiras Shopping Centre, the Liceu Frances and Parque Eduardo VII, as well as a wide range of local shops.
It is located close to the best access routes to the city's main entry/exit routes, such as the A5 and the Ponte 25 de Abril. It is also close to public transport and just a few metres from the future 'Amoreiras' metro station.
The new Taborda 1 development consists of 11 apartments, ranging from studios to two-bedroom duplexes, with areas ranging from 38 m2 to 118 m2. The apartments combine the best current construction techniques with the tradition of their exterior facades decorated with tiles from the old Real Fabrica de Sacavem, and have created functional spaces with plenty of light and the thermal and acoustic comfort that new construction techniques provide.
