DUQUE 70 is the result of the rehabilitation of 4 historic buildings of traditional design, adapted to the comfort needs of modern life. The outcome of this project opens the doors to a gated residential condominium, with 52 apartments with high-quality finishes, a quiet interior garden common to all apartments, swimming pool and large circulation areas. 4 historic buildings of traditional design in the center of Lisbon.
The rehabilitation of the DUKE 70 has been thought to detail and when so, it is the details that make the difference. Signed by architect Joao Santa Rita, it results from the renovation of 4 historic buildings of traditional layout (preservation of facades) adapted to the comfort and needs of the modern world.
