This is a farm located outside the privileged location, but only 5/10 minutes walk from the Centre of the village. The House has 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. All rooms have private bathrooms. There are 4 rooms on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor, one of them being a suite with a bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi and all what's more modern. The Hall has 10 m in length and 7 ft. wide. The dining room has 7, 45 m by 7, 55. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge American type. The engine room/utility room has washing machine, Frigo Ark and other paraphernalia. Above the lounge there is a mezzanine where is placed a pool table that fits the snooker, pool and ping-pong table. Every room in the House are provided with air conditioning (with individual commands) and there is a closed circuit phones that allows connection to all rooms, lounge and kitchen. In the lounge, in the suite of a floor, in mazzanine and in the dining room there are three of them television sets plasma/LCD. Offers capture system of satellite TV channels. The House is furnished in almost all with Oriental furniture from Macau and Thailand and has some typical frames.
