'Quinta dos Currais' is located in the base of Serra da Estrela, very close to the city of Covilha. It has an area of 24.400 sqm of land with several fruit trees, olive trees, apple trees, pear trees, quince trees, walnut trees and a natural water mine and a house with patio and annexes, in need of recovery and restoration works, with 200 sqm of gross area.
The house dates back to the XIX century, constituted by two floors, totally built in masonry / stone, that can then be rehabilitated with alterations in the typological design, with possibilities of demolition of the interior.
The morphology of the land, although distributed in terraces, is flat and the land is of good quality for cultivation of some irrigated crops. It borders with a water stream.
The farm gathers all the conditions, as an option, to be installed a small Rural Tourism Unit, either by the great accesses, the fact that the electricity is near the property and the proximity of the A23.
It is less than 10 minutes from Covilha, 20 minutes from the mountains, a little less than 2 hours from Lisbon and the Airport. (Refrª. 396-22)
