This charming villa, completely recovered in 2023 with a project in CM Faro, located in a residential area in the centre of Faro, close to schools and shops, a 10-minute walk from the Marina, restaurants and shops in the city centre.
This villa consists of 2 floors and a mezzanine.
On the ground floor we find a beautiful and traditional entrance where there is an open space but which was designed to be closed if there is a need for a small room on this floor. This space has a window to the street, has pre-installation of air conditioning and abuts a bathroom with shower. In the hallway we also find a technical and storage cabinet built into the wall. Following this level of the house, we find a pleasant and bright open space where there is the kitchen with a modern and practical design, with an island, and the dining and living area, with windows on the side and a large window with direct exit to the patio. This patio has a worktop with a sink, being a space where we can enjoy pleasant moments outside. The courtyard has a door that leads directly to the street.
The modern stairs on this floor take us to the 1st floor of the house. On the ground floor we find a large distribution hall that leads to the existing bathroom and bedrooms. On one side, we find a bedroom with a walk-in closet and an additional closet. This room has a very high ceiling, which gives it an excellent volume, with plenty of natural light given the large windows (with a balcony). Also on this floor we find another bedroom also with excellent size, with wardrobe and lots of natural light. From this room we go out to a nice terrace. Still in this room, there are stairs that lead to the mezzanine. This mezzanine, with natural light, can function as another room, as it has a very good size, or even an office or storage.
The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms on the 1st floor and on the mezzanine and pre-installation in the compartments on the ground floor.
The water is heated by a heat pump (very economical in terms of energy costs).
The house, although quite modern inside, has kept the facade with a traditional style, which gives it authenticity and character.
