An 18th century building of singular architectural style was the residence of priests, the renowned physician, Dr Manuel Guerreiro Vaz Pontes and, later, the republicano Pedro Baptista Limpo (1879-1949), this house is an architectural icon of the village of Grandola.
Located in the ARU area, next to the municipal market, it also benefits from a terrace overlooking the Grandola mountain range.
The villa, despite being total property, currently has two independent houses, one on the ground floor and another on the 1st floor. There's outside space.
It needs restoration.
