After climbing the hill of the Urbanization where this villa is inserted we come across a breathtaking view up the Algarve Mar and Serra.
At the entrance we have a sliding gate that gives access to the outer mantle.
When we attract the entrance door we find to our left a flight of stairs that give access to the bottom of the villa, where are the rooms, shower and garden, already in front of us we have access to a large living room super spacious that gives access , through double glazed glass doors, to a balcony overlooking the Serra e Mar Garden Pool. Continuing on the right, we find the fully equipped kitchen, with balconies made of dark marble and modern shelves. We also have a large space that can be used as a dispensation or a small room.
Down the stairs we will meet the rooms hall where we can find the four bedrooms, two of them are in suites.
In the garden we have the pool with waterfall effect, facing the breathtaking views that this area has to offer, where you can count on quiet moments and with family and friends.
